1. 신주의 종류와 수 : 상환전환우선주식 19,608주


2. 신주의 발행가액 : 금102,002원 (1주의 액면금액 금100원)


3. 신주의 납입기일 : 2026 년 04 월  17 일 


4. 신주의 인수방법 : 상법 제418조 및 당 회사 정관 제10조 2항에 의거하여 제3자에게 상환전환우선주식 19,608주를 배정한다.


5. 기타 : 관련 업무에 대해서 대표이사에게 위임함.
